Payment Options

We currently accept two forms of payment: Cash: Payable on the day of your appointment, or Bank Transfer: We can email you an invoice after your appointment. Payment via bank transfer is due within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.

Please note that we do not accept debit or credit card payments at this time.

Service Area and Additional Charges

There is no additional charge if the travel is no more than 20 miles from Emsworth, Hampshire. If the travel distance is greater than 20 miles, an additional fee would be agreed upon before confirmation of the booking.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A £20 cancellation fee (per appointment) will be charged for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice. This fee must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.
